A clever hybrid piece, halfway between a side table, stool, and storage unit, attributed to Achille Castiglioni and manufactured by Beylerian Limited, New York, a company that has distributed several Kartell-related items in the United States over the years.

The shape is iconic and instantly recognizable: a central stemmed base that opens into an upper cup, with soft, continuous lines, typical of Castiglioni's design exploration between function and irony. The upper volume conceals an integrated storage compartment, accessible via a removable circular plastic top, which can also be used as a tray.

Made of molded plastic in a delicate ivory/cream hue, it features a slightly satin-finish matte surface that enhances the curves and purity of the design.
