Four chairs

These vintage chairs are a perfect example of 70s-80s design, inspired by the modernist lines and rationalism of the Bauhaus.

The structure is in chromed metal tubing, bent into a single fluid “S”-shaped line, which identifies them as cantilever, meaning they do not have the traditional back legs. This technical choice, in addition to creating a light and dynamic visual effect, offers a pleasant elasticity to the seat.

The seat and backrest are padded with fabric and covered with an optical geometric pattern in shades of emerald green and black, with a three-dimensional trompe-l'œil-style cube pattern, decidedly graphic and impactful. The motif recalls the aesthetics of op art and adds a psychedelic touch that goes well with the era.
