An Italian-made gym bench, dating approximately from the 1940s to the 1960s.

The long, padded seat is upholstered in brown leather, secured to the frame by a row of metal studs. The surface retains a distinct patina of age, featuring abrasions, cracking, and color variations that reflect its original use.

Of particular interest is the four-legged structure made of green-grey painted tubular metal; the legs are adjustable and secured by large screw knobs. Flared feet ensure stability and accentuate the object's technical, industrial character.

Originally designed as gym equipment, it now functions perfectly as a bench, an entryway seat, or a sculptural element in a contemporary interior.

Condition: preserved in its original state, showing evident signs of age, widespread oxidation on the frame, and leather wear consistent with its age and use.
